1. What We Collect

When you use The Site Report, we collect:

  • Email address — used for authentication only. Not shared or published.
  • NPI number — used to verify your specialty via the CMS NPI registry. We store only that verification was successful and your confirmed role (MD, CRNA, or AA). Your full NPI is not displayed to other users.
  • Report card content — the structured survey data you submit about anesthesia practice sites. This is stored and displayed anonymously to other verified members.

2. Anonymity of Reviews

Report cards are published anonymously. No personally identifying information (name, NPI, email) is associated with a published report card. Only aggregate data — role (MD/CRNA/AA) and employment type — is shown alongside your review. We do not link your identity to your submissions in any public-facing view.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • To verify your eligibility as a licensed anesthesia professional.
  • To display your anonymized report cards to other verified members.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and investigate flagged content.

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is stored in the United States. Supabase's privacy practices are available at their website.

5. Cookies and Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used. We do not use analytics services that collect personal data.

6. Your Rights

You may:

  • Delete individual report cards from the “My Report Cards” page at any time.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
